The Chocolate and Macaroons Masterclass at La Cucina Caldesi is a delicious class for those with a sweet tooth. Develop a new culinary skill, create scrumptious treats and take home plenty of confections to share.The school’s patisserie expert, Stefano Borella, has worked in the likes of the Savoy and Mayfair Hotel. He’ll introduce you to the ingredients and techniques you’ll be using, before you get hands-on, creating a wonderful selection of colourful macaroons with creamy filling. During your four-hour class, you’ll also enjoy a chocolate tasting and prepare eight mouth-watering truffles.
