Make your way back to the cookery school with bags full of fresh, local ingredients that you’ll use to cook delicious Italian dishes with the help of your talented tutor Stefano Borella.
During your hands-on cookery class, you’ll prepare a selection of dishes for a “pranzo della domenica” – an Italian Sunday Lunch. Your lunch will include delicious recipes such as smoked cheese gnocchi with cherry tomato and basil sauce, chicken under a brick, and ‘mimosa cake’ for dessert. Round things off by tucking into your finished creations accompanied by a glass of Italian wine, before heading home with loads of newfound knowledge to continue in the comfort of your own kitchen.
