Settle in at one of the poolside tables or stretch out on the statement striped loungers, and soak up the spirit of the season while taking in unrivalled views across the city.

Mexican-inspired menus bring sun-drenched flavours to the fore. A trio of tacos comes topped with smoked salt marsh lamb and saffron aioli, barbeque jack fruit, coconut and coriander cream, and a gently spiced Dover Sole. Meanwhile, tequila cocktails put a Patrón-inspired spin on classic pours – from the tropical Tequila Colada to the refreshing Hyde Park Spritz, made for summer sipping and rooftop reunions with friends.
